This is my second fondant cake with a eight inch bottom and 6 inch top. New Strawberry cake recipe with Strawberry Whipped creme filling. First fondant loop bow. I learned a lot from this cake. Your critique is very welcome.

Velvet is the best, but if you have pets it won't last long with their fur - prop the cake up on box. I use my dictionary - then use halogen light one side only - I go above and to the right - there is also a window on that side for more light, then use my digital camera with flash. I make sure to balance the light by moving the camera. Then shoot.
