This is NOT 'just another spaghetti cake' this is by far the best!

My goodness, I was wondering what a plate of spaghetti and meatballs was doing here until I realized this was really cake, wow, great job indeed!

The meatballs are truffles w/ crushed walnuts...the nuts make it look like real meat....the sauce is just strawberry perserves (warmed) I tinted the9 Kinda stiff) BC with yellow (Americolor) and some coco powder. I piped the noodleS higher around the edges...like a welll.

Too great I want to make this for a potluck next month

looks just like spaghetti. my little 2 year old pointed at it and said, "i like noodlles". you did a great job! when i think about it being a cake though it is kinda weird, b/c looking at it you absoutly can not tell the difference!
