This is a Ball pan and the instructions are on Wilton's website. Definately use the 3 star tip to pipe stars all over. I just smoothed the icing to save time. The letters are Cookies baked and iced attatched to lollipop sticks.

I'm wanting to do my daughter's 1 yr cake like this. How did you do it?
