I originally imported an edible transfer for this cake, but it was badly damaged getting it off the backing (and I haven't used one of those darn things since!!!), so I had to think on my feet as it was the party the next day! Buttermilk sheet cake filled with buttercream, covered in melted white chocolate, hand-painted fondant plaque of Bear and buttercream decorations. It actually turned out to be far better than the transfer!
