I did this for my friend's husband who was leaving his job at Citroen in The Netherlands to return to Scotland. She wanted it to feature the Scottish flag and Citroen logo, plus a farewell in Dutch. 10in square Victoria sponge filled with raspberry preserves and buttercream, covered in fondant, hand-painted and finished with Royal icing.
