This cake was my course III grand finale. My string work definitely needs some practice, but overall, I was satisfied with it given waht a hectic week I had. I really liked the top tier and my flowers.
very pretty! I wanted to do one like that but we had to do fondant & the fondant roses. It turned out great but I wanted to do more methods. Very nice!
THanks for the compliments. Yes, I had to dissassemble it to move it. I was very happy with our instructor. She taught us all the Wilton methods, but for the finale cakes, she let us do whatever we wanted, since we had worked with fondant on the gift cakes and learned fondant roses in class.
