I made this for a client's husbands birthday. He was really into model airplanes. It's the Perfect Landing project from the Wilton website. I had a ton of fun making this cake.

This is really cool. Did you use a shaped pan or carve it?
Actually it's just the cross pan. I carved the sides off the end of the plane and attached halved sugar cookies to it and another on the top to form the tail. The client loved it so much she paid me extra for it
