The client want an elegant 70s theme cake for a surprise 50th birthday. She told me daisys, and small 50s on the side. This is what I came up with. She only wanted buttercream, but I had to add some fondant decoration. So I mad e a 50 out of fondant and luster dusted it in violet. Marble cake with buttercream filling.
