Thanks! The animals and baby are made out of gumpaste. I used the baby patch work cutters by Marion Frost. I rolled out the fondant and used the quilter patch work cutter to emboss it and then covered the cake. I hope that helps you. :) PS...I filled the box with royal icing and purple butter cream. (the royal icing finished on me) :)
