Hockey Birthday Cake
wow, this cake gave me trouble. the fbct broke twice, the cake is sinking and the frosting wouldn't cooperate. it's my first paid cake and i am nervous about it. it's a french vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate frosting.

Isn't that always the way?!!! As soon as you work on the first pd. cake something always goes wrong (or the one for that special ocassion where the cake will be getting "major exposure"?). Well, it turned out looking really great and that's more than half the battle!!
