Birthday Gift
I made this for a 10 yr old girl who loves pink, and this is my first ever try with fondant. it might not be perfect, but its not all that bad for my first time out, and i had fun making it. i used a mmf recipe i found here, and it was not all that hard to make, but a little harder to work with then i thought it would be.
Looks like a wrapped gift to me!! Not bad for the first time using mmfondant. How did you get the color so bright? I've got to learn how to square cakes with fondant...
thanks for the kind words....i used Wilton pink gel paste for icing. i added very little to the white fondant base and it turned out this shade

Did you smooth the icing under the fondant? That's one of the tricks I've heard helps a lot. Pretty, anyhow!
