I freeze my cakeballs and dip them with a toothpick. I let them cure on an egg carton so that they do not have a flat spot like a chocolate.I then prepuncture a floral foam pyramid and place the ball in the hole. I cover the floral foam with coloured celophane in this case pink since the wedding was brown & pink. I make my way all around varying flavours until I reach the top. I guess being a farm wedding I could have poked straw around it but it went over well. I have been making cake balls for yrs.
