Thanks for the comments - I made the pond by scooping out a chunk of cake, icing it black inside then I placed the fondant fish in. Topped it off with clear piping gel. Only think I didnt like is that it was so bubbly. Have to not stir it at all and kind of "dollop" it in. Used quite a bit of gel to cover them. Created the waterfall by putting a line of grey icing from rock to water and dripping gel on it. That had collapsed a little though.

Do you remember what tip you used to make the rocks/fountain?

stylishbite - I dont believe I used any tip - I think I cut the tip off of a parchment cone and used it that way.
