This was the 50s style cake that I was getting ideas for a few months ago. I really enjoyed doing this one. Everyrhing is edible except for the matchbox cars in the middle and the ribbons on the top tier (and of course the pillars). The cake is Butterscotch Spice and the Icing is Buttercream. All the 50's items are molded chocolate - some are painted with more molded chocolate to add a little color to the cake.

Mr. GQ Contest 3 Tier Cake

Very nice job. That is one huge cake. I especially like the little flowers. How did you make them? Also, your borders are very neat .
