Ok Bunchy what is the secret to the smooooooooth icing. I still can't get it. Now the cake well great idea with the flakes melting, your rose buds connecting are a perfect border. You do have many borders, now I see how you can't decide which one is better. They flow perfect for each cake.

Thank you so much Vie. This particular icing (Vanilla butter) includes cream cheese, which helps with smoothing. Believe me, the bulk of icings that I use aren't good for smoothing. So, we're in the same boat. LOL!
