Birthday/anniversary cake for my mother in law. Very simple. Whipped Cream buttercream (Sorry, I can't give it out, its a secret recipe :( ) Fillings are "Dulce de Leche" and pineapple on the bottom. Soaked in simple syrup.
I like the white on white. Very elegant. I like the dragess in teh center of the scrollwork on the sides, but would have left them off the rose. I think it distracts from the beautiful job you did on the rose.
