Thanks everyone! I live in NYC. I was lucky enough to take a Collete Peters class when she was teaching in town (my family got it for me for my bday). For the textured roller, there is a leather one that she had and it gives a dimpled look (unfortunately i have no idea what it's called). I tried this initially but didn't like it so I ended up using a crepe texturizer which gave nice creases especially along the fold of the bag. I found the crepe roller at a local store but no luck finding the other one.
