Cheesecake Wth Chocolate Transfer And Wrap

Cheesecake Wth Chocolate Transfer And Wrap on Cake Central

Cheesecake for DHs birthday. Hes a Beatles fan, and Ralph Nader has the same birth date. This was my first chocolate transfer and wrap, proving that anyone can do it! I used the upside-down icing technique to avoid having to peel off and place the transfer. I just did it first, and then laid down the icing and then the cheesecake. There was only one crack and it wasnt too noticeable. I cant wait to try another transfer. Thanks to everyone who has posted the wonderful tips for making them!
