Mini Dora Birthday Cake
This is a mini cake for a two year old. It is butter cake with buttercream icing. Boots and Backpack made with Rolled Buttercream. (Last minute order!! Had to come up with idea in a couple hours!!)

i love it- i've never worked with rolled buttercream-is it a lot like fondant
I've never used fondant but i believe it is similar...only difference I know is that rolled buttercream leaves a sheen. It tastes great...I've used it on several of my cakes and everyone loves it...kinda tastes like corn candy!!
