I made about a zillion of these for valentines day they are chocolate cake with strawberry filling and choc strawberries on top I wish I could remember who but a while back someone posted a reciepe for chocolate buttercreme with ganache and chocolate liquer well whoever that was thankyou thankyou this buttercreme is amazing even though it was the final straw in the life of my poor old mixer. :)
