Valentines or Wedding/Shower Cakes

These are three cakes that I kind of threw together on Monday night so I would have something to bring to work on Valentines Day. The far pink one I had a little trouble with - I beat the icing on too high a speed - it was a new recipe and I learned quickly that slow is the key!

I especially love the mini cake and brown and pink one! May I ask what frosting you used on the brown and pink one? It looks great!

you guys are really great - thanks for all the positive reinforcement! The cake stand was purchased at Big Lots believe it or not! I came across it last weekend and had to have it!
