The grass is buttercream. The flowers, legs, dress and plaque are MMF. The wings are MMF and fixodent with sparkles. Inspired by a cake by Becky Rink on

The wings were made a week in advance, but I think they were hard by the third day. I didn't want to take any chances on breakage.

This is amazing! How you made those legs out of MMF is unbelievable...they look exactly like part of the doll! AWESOME! :D

i agree....i would have never guessed u used MMF for the legs!! u're the 3rd person i've seen say that they used fixodent with MMF for strong pieces....please tell us the ratio and if there's any special instructions on using this....great cake!!!

1 tsp powdered fixodent to a wad of MMF the size of a baseball. Use it just like gum paste. The tip came from squirrellycakes. She's mentioned it in a couple of forums. I've had no problems so far!
