Those stars are chocolate transfers..you can buy them in sheets.they're not expensive.Chocolatiers use them a lot..they come in so many designs. they're not hard to find. search under: Chocolate Transfers

found em on sugarcraft.com they were a bit pricy but i figure they are for special occasions so it's ok.
