Wiltons Tier Cake Class

This is a 3 tier cake class. I embellished it with over 1500 RI flowers. The top tier has loops stuck into rosettes all made out of RI. This took me about 3 wks to get together as so many were braking or my little one was sneaking off with, lol. I figured if I can do a wedding cake I can do anything, lol. Please let me know what you think, thanks!

Your piping is wonderful. Can't say enough about how good it is. But is this really how Wilton teaches students to cover cakes? Because there are problems with the base icing coat.

Thank you for your feed back. I have been practicing my string work more than covering my cakes. I know there are problems with the base coat, however, I do want to point out that I live in AZ and the heat this day was 108. In my class there was also no AC which by all means made things worse and not just for my cake. So I did the best I could do in the conditions I had to accommodate myself with.
