My seven yr old nephew has lost a lot of teeth and wanted a tooth cake to celebrate the new teeth growing in... so here is my attempt at showing new teeth. The gums and tongue are made of cake, the teeth are RKT covered in modeling chocolate. The gum is a horseshoe cake pan, the tongue used the medium egg pan and the teeth were hand made with RKT.
