MMF and Wilton gumpaste. Duncan Hines doctored batter with lemon pudding and lemon zest. Used the crusting buttercream with flour. Filled with raspberry mouse filling from the recipe stash. Had a LOT of fun doing this!
jmcakes...I didn't use an impression mat...I used a wheel with teeth and made a triangle template out of card stock and just sort of eyeballed it. Next time I'll be more precise. I'll probably eventually buy the impression mat.
