Birthday cake for a girl who loves Australia, in particular Brisbane. I quite enjoyed making the actual Australia (sorry for the missing Tasmania - no more space there :)
but she increased number of servings at the last moment and I had to add another tier at the bottom. Vanilla cake with mango IMBC and sliced tropical fruits and vanilla cake with raspberry IMBC, fresh raspberries and peaches. Covered in marzipan and fondant, decorations fondant/GP mix, marzipan/fondant.
