5 tier wedding cake, bottom tier is fruit, 4th is maderia, 3rd is chocolate, 2nd is vanilla and top tier is vanilla and marzipan. I was very proud of this cake and the bride and groom loved it.

Very nicely done! Did you use the Wilton pillow pans? I did a cake with them and for some reason my fondant started breaking once i stacked the cakes. its like it was too heavy. I was so upset! Any tips on how to make them this perfect? What kind of cake batter did u use? Is there anything in between the layers like a cake board? Sorry for the q's it's just that yours turned out so beautifully!

Thank you for your comments, I hand carved this as the wilton pans where not the right size. I used my normal recipes fruit, maderia, chocolate and 2 vanillas and very well dowled and boarded, hope this helps. x
