All the classic icons from Super Mario. Everything is edible; the 4 tunnels are cakes and all decor is sugar. Inside: dark chocolate gone wild! the birthday boy wanted 'funfetti' style. With vanilla Swiss meringue style butter cream and dark chocolate ganache. This cake was coated using a more Australian style 9rather than American)-- ganache coating immediately beneath the fondant.
