Princess Petal Cake

This Cake was for my 4 yr old daughters birthday. It was my first proper fondant covered cake. I completely underestimated how long it was going to take to make it! It took me a few evenings after work to make all the petals, several hours to make the tiara, and then the night before her party I started the ganaching & putting together of everything. That took me from 6 pm until 7:30 am!!! I was exhausted and looking back I see alot of flaws that could have been avoided, had I given myself more time. But it was an experience! My daughter loved it and I was very proud to show it off!
