Saw these on Pintrest and decided to make my version of them with all fondant (and cookie legs :) Later I put Glitter on the hats.

I used a chocolate filled cookie that looks like a straw..I found them in the dollar section of my local store lol. Wish I could be of more help :(

how did u do the hat

I just molded it by hand out of fondant and used a ball tool on the edges. Then I used a Tooth pick to make the creases :)
