3 tier Wedding cake with chocolate glaze and scroll work
This is my first wedding cake I made at the end of September. It was a chocolate layered cake with caramel (and chocolate) meringue buttercream and covered in ganache and chocolate glaze.

Rosie this cake was for 120 people. I used 6" 9" 12" pans. Because my cakes were over 4" high they had leftover cake!
