I have to make a cake just like this for a ten year wdding anniversary early November, would you mind sharing me how you did the chocolate drizzling down the cake so perfectly?! It looks so gorgeous and yummy!
Hi there....thank you! The drizzle is ganache so after it comes off the stove, I give it a good stir and poor it gently on the top of the cake. I use a spoon or spatula to slowly move it all to the edge and then gently move a bit of the ganache to the very edge until it overflows down the size. You have to move fairly steadily so as to get all the chocolate you want down the sides as it does start to firm up fairly quickly and then it will glob as it goes! I hope this helps!!
