Get Well Cake
I made this quickie cake after finding out my neighbor's son had surgery today. White cake with Whimsical Bakehouse Buttercream icing. I'm not used to using an icing you can't do the Viva paper towel thing with, but smoothed it best I could. I LOVE the taste of this icing. I could eat it by the spoonful. ;)

Thanks for all the super nice comments. The kid (I call him a kid, but he's 21!) had to stay in the hospital an extra day and gets out today. I'm hoping he's back on solid foods so he can enjoy his cake. LOL
That's so sweet of you! I'm sure if he's not eating yet he can just freeze it so he can enjoy it when he feels up to it.
