Both tiers were covered in fondant, and the lower tier was white then sprayed with Wilton Color Mists (I don't have an airbrush). The interior was also a rainbow zebra stripe. I used the WASC cake and dyed it 8 different colors, then striped it as I was pouring the batter. Everyone loved it! The H, stars, and bow are gumpaste.
