So pretty. How did you keep your tiers so straight?

Hi! I don't use any upside down method, or the paper towel method either when working with buttercream. I just start with really smooth buttercream and follow the board with my smoother. When doing the top I start at the edge and pull my smoother inward. Making sure to clean your smoother after each pass really helps keep the edge nice and sharp.
