Adventures in Chocolate and Strawberry

This is a four layer double chocolate devil's food cake, each layer consisting of fresh strawberry preserves (homemade from berries from the farmer's market) and fresh strawberry cream cheese frosting, covered in strawberry cream cheese frosting, whipped chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries!
