love this...I want to do a cake like this so bad. so clean..I love the log for the cake base!!!

Thanks. I used a #125 for the ruffles, I sort of flattened the wide end a little. It took about an hour to do the ruffles.

Love it! I hadn't seen vertical buttercream ruffles on a cake.
