IMBC with fondant stripes and flowers. Fabric ribbon on bottome tier. I copied the cookie shaped name plate idea from one of Donna1914's cakes, thank you Donna1914!!
Sorry Donna, just saw your comment! Thanks for the compliment! I'm getting better at my fondant work, but I still need lots of practice. I mostly use it for decorations, borders, stripes, etc. But you can see that the stripes are a bit mis-shapened and not quite straight. I'm wondering if I had let them dry just a few minutes before applying them to the cake if that would have helped. I was rushing to finish this one on time too so I was a bit anxious with shaking hands while I was finishing it up. I under estimated the amount of time it would take making those flowers even with a Tappit cutter! I still have to work on my time management skills.....they're lacking!
