Sorry to hear that. What did you make it out of? I use gumpaste which dries very hard.

I used royal icing. I followed a tutorial I found on here. I started it about a week before I needed it so it would have time to dry. This is from August in Chicago, so maybe it was too humid? I've never tried gumpaste before. I'll have to try that next time. Thanks

I just made my first tiara for my granddaughter's birthday. I used gumpaste and it worked very well - just remember to handle the tiara only by the the bottom.
