Sam's Pink Castle Cake

This cake is for a little girl named Sam. Her Aunt asked me to make one for her Birthday. It's a chocolate moist cake, iced with dark chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. I should mention that this cake was inspired by Royal Bakery's Castle Cake and the gumpaste girl's tiara was handmade and should credit Lorraine McKay for her free tutorial on YouTube.
