Grovers main body is a dolly varden cake. On top of this I put a small cake (almost cupcake sized) to form his neck. Grovers head is cake also and made in a ball tin, then the mouth carved. This cake had to serve a lot of people, hence the head being cake. If you had maybe 20 guests I would make the head from Rice Bubbles/Krispies and Marshmallow mix to keep it light.
