Very nice! How did you get your buttercream so smooth? Whats the trick? Also how did you stack so many tiers to keep them straight and neat looking? I can never get that right?
I smoothed it using the VIVA paper towel method. To keep the layers straight I marked the middle of each layer with a cake circle first to be sure it would be right in the middle. Make sure the cake is VERY cold so you can manipulate it a bit without messing up the icing. Then a long dowel thru the middle of the entire cake.
