There goes a logo again. Good job!! How is the pattern done/transfered??? New to fondant but have been baking specialty cakes for over 50 years. Only used poured fondant, royal icing, buttercream or almond paste.
Thank you!!!! I know there is an easy way to do this but I cut it out using fondant (not a good idea). I would advise to use gumpaste (or something that doesn't lose it's shape) and using maybe parchment paper to trace the letters lightly onto the gumpaste and cut it out.
