Thank you! The the side swept technique was pretty easy. I took a ruler, and slanted it against the cake, and traced the edge of the ruler with a small plastic rotary fondant cutter just where there was a nice impression. Once I got all the slanted lines on the cake, I went around free hand with the rotary cutter and make the lines deeper, and extended the lines up higher on the cake. It was pretty easy and my first time doing this technique. I was actually in the process of quilting the cake...but I lov...
