Sunflower and Pig Cookies

I made these for the wedding shower of a very special young lady - she was a young girl who babysat my daughter for me, helped me raise her up so beautifully. She now is co-owner of a daycare. ?? She is southern through and through, so when a friend wanted to hostess a shower for her using two of her favorite things - sunflowers and piggies - I was thrilled to do it. They turned out beautifully. Sugar cookies with royal icing decoration. The 'seeds' on the outer rings of the flowers are crusted in sanding sugar.
