White Birch Brewery Turns 3!

Our first beer infused cake! A Chocolate Ale cake covered in Buttercream icing. Once crusted we froze the cake for a few minutes and removed so that it would be tacky and used a "silkscreen method" with a butter knife to spread their image across a transparency film that I has pre-cut with their logo. Removed the transparency to reveal their logo! (We had used this method on a Twilight Cake using lightweight paper card stock but realized it wasn't reusable and it was hard to see the mounting surface, the clear film works much better and can be reused but takes a bit more patience to cut initially with a sharp blade) TFL
