My daughter wanted an Ariel doll cake, and I didn't want to do another "doll in dress" cake, so this is what I came up with. It's a half-choc/half-vanilla cake with raspberry-buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream under fondant. All fondant accessories except for a de-legged Ariel doll. I made some chocolate accessories too, but they just didn't look right on the cake, so they didn't make the final cut (they went into loot bags instead!) ... TFL
