I'm so honoured to have my cake published in the latest issue of Cake Central Magazine. Being asked to design a cake to be published among the most renowned cake designers in the world is something I would never have dreamt would happen.

Could you please tell me how you got your burgundy fondant that color. I am having trouble getting mine that dark.

kblickster I used extra red with just a tiny bit of grape violet for this. Adding violet is a bit tricky, sometimes very little can be a lot so make sure you start from a very very little drop.
