Shades of Purple Sweet Sixteen

16th birthday cake for my niece (purple is her favorite color), bottom tier chocolate mud cake w/cannoli filling, middle vanilla cake with cookies & cream filling, top cinnamon swirl w/cinnamon apple filling, covered in SMBC & MMF--really need to stop trying different recipes for mmf fondant--this one had a very weird texture
